Queen of Qweenz

I'm a very big fan of Japanese bgirls for the simple fact that they hella rep hard! Soo nasty!!!!

Capsule

On Fridays I do jack shiz at work. HAHA

I was listening to some Perfume when I found out that their tracks were being produced by Capsule. Curious, I did a little research about them. Capsule is an electro pop group consisting of vocalist Toshiko Koshijima and producer Yasutaka Nakata. Apparently, they have been in the game for some time. I then did a quick search just to hear some of their music on youtube. It's pretty fantastic.
This is the electro stuff that I enjoy. Chill and not too loud where I go def. They haven't come out with anything new in sometime but the last album, from what I've personally listened to, is really good. Favorite tracks are "I'm Feeling You" and "Eternity". I will have the youtube links below. I recommend you guys checking them out, especially, if you like Perfume. Cool Beanz!!!

Capsule - Eternity

Capsule - I'm Feeling You (Sorry this is the only version I found on youtube.)

Perfume - Game

If a guy who likes listening to Perfume is considered a bitch, then so be it! Call me Bitch-the-Magnifico for all I care.

Perfume is, simply put, an electro and techno Jpop group. Now what you get are cutesy voices on top of these nice electro samples. RAD!!!! Think Janet Jackson's "Rock With U" single. The group is made up of three girls (Kashiyuka, Nocchi, and A~chan) from Hiroshima.

Opinion. I likes. However, I haven't heard the first album yet. So I can't say I'm a die hard fan or anything. I wouldn't even say I am a die hard fan at all. I just think that the music they are coming out with is very dance-able, which, in my book, is a good thing. Check out their new album, "Game", which drops on the 18th of April. TIGHT!!!

Ken Hirai - Fake Star

The not so Japanese looking, Japanese guy. Pretty cool song. Has that Robin Thicke feel to it. Know what I'm sayin!?!

Perfume - Baby Cruising Love

RAD!

The Batsu Game

I know this is old but like some of us, I don't understand Japanese. This dude morizaemon, subbed this particular episode as well as other funny batsu games. Check his youtube profile when you can. There are three of them. The one at school (shown above), the one at the Inn, and the 24 hour tag. Funny and great and time consuming.

Uniqlo World Clock

I sit and stare for hours!

Bgirl Moka - DS Commercial

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Here is a clip of a bgirl named Moka. She's only 9 years old and this clip is for real. Windmills are a easy and headspins are a sinch. However, it's the airflare to deadmans that are freakin unbelievable. OH and WORK SUCKS, fyi!

Bboy 4 Life, Literally!

Funny thing is, I do the same crap while in the rest room. Pun not intended!

A NaNa Obsession?

I think I have an Obsession with NANA. I admit, it might be bit gay. Even a bit Japan-o-philish but who cares, this whole NANA sprawling revolution is pure bliss to me. It all started with Nakashima Mika though. If it wasn't for her I'd probably never know what NANA is. Man, there are soo many things out too. Movies 1 & 2, NANA the anime, the Mangas (vol.18 is out by the way and man, it's getting downright crazy), and all the other fanbooks, PVs, and what not. HAHA shit, I sound like a douche bag. *Middle finger in the air* that's what I say.

Oh, here is a quick quick synopsis of what the manga is kind of about. It's about these two girls both named NANA. They meet and become friends. One is an aspiring rockstar and the other is a regular chick who gets into bad relationships. They call her Hachiko. Yup, that's it. Character Development ensues.

Here are some PVs from the anime sung by Anna.

Anna - Rose

Anna - Lucy

I suggest doing the movies first because, if you go straight to the manga or anime, you'd probably think the film was lacking. But the movies are good. Watch those, then do the anime, and then after the anime is done, pick back up on chapter 46 from the mangas. HAHA I need a life. Enjoy
Nakashima Mika & Miyazaki Aoi

Cornelius a.k.a. Keigo Oyamada, is one sick muther trucker. He is the shiznit. If you have never heard his stuff, you should. I'm gonna post a video just for you guys to peep it. Not like anyone checks out my blog or anything, but hopefully it'll reach out to atleast one person.

Clown Night @ Shibuya Nuts feat. SCREAM

You got served Japan style. Check it out.

Majo no Takkyūbin

Kiki's Delivery Service is about a teenage witch who travels away from home to seek out her independence. Sort of soul searching, if you will. Studio Ghibli again folks, it's a great film.

1303

1303 is about an apartment with a vengeful ghost. Happy Thanksgiving.

Neko no Ongaeshi

The Cat Returns is a film about a girl who gets engaged with a cat prince, after saving him. Her only chance for freedom is to ask a cat statue, who comes to life, for help. It's a short film but very enjoyable. Studio Ghibli for the win.

My Neighbor Totoro

Another Studio Ghibli classic. Very cool, Totoro!

Howl's Moving Castle

Howl's Moving Castle is about a girl named Sophie that embarks on a magical journey that involves which craft and wizardry. She meets Howl and falls in love with him. However, Howl has a secret that she must unlock. A great fantasy romance film. I honestly have yet to see a Studio Ghilbi title that wasn't good. This film is a must see.

Kitagawa Keiko

If you've seen the Mamiya Brothers film, you'd know she is the fun loving sister you'd love to punch. Well, not really.

The Place Promised in Our Early Days

Beyond the Clouds is a story about three teenagers wanting to fly across a divided Japan to unlock the secrets or a mysterious tower.

Attention Please

So I woke up with a massive hangover from Halloween night's mass party extravaganza. I dressed up as one of my favorite super heroes, Batman (Adam West version). It was dope. Anyways, since I am home, I finished up Attention Please. It's a comedy drama about Misaki Yoko (Ueto Aya) becoming a flight attendant. I enjoyed it. Now for some R&R.
